Job Responsibilities
Assist in organizing trial production and small-batch manufacturing for new product development projects; design process sequencing, tooling/fixtures, and process standards for production.
Develop and maintain product manufacturing process manuals.
Propose improvements to optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Design production-related measuring tools, inspection gauges, and calipers.
Provide on-site guidance to operators to resolve process-related issues; conduct process compliance audits to ensure adherence to standardized procedures.
Establish labor time standards and prepare machining/inspection specifications for each component.
Qualifications
College diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in machining operations; proficiency in operating various machine tools (e.g., lathes, milling machines) and knowledge of materials/forging processes.
Ability to develop machining process documentation and improve product defects.
Priority given to candidates with experience in mold design, machining process planning, tooling/fixture/auxiliary equipment design, or developing process standards and cost analyses.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Experience in the pump/valve industry is preferred.

Establish control procedures and necessary tooling/fixtures to ensure process quality and inspection controls.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to analyze quality issues and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
Continuously monitor progress toward quality objectives and implement necessary improvement measures.
Maintain and control product-related quality documents and records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in process inspection within manufacturing, and 3+ years in quality-related roles.
Proficient in quality control processes for manufacturing; thorough understanding of ISO 9001 QMS; skilled in applying quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC).
Strong communication skills, accountability, and service mindset; excellent coordination and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; collaborative team player.
National Auditor Certification (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) required.

Job Responsibilities
Oversee the assignment, coordination, and evaluation of design tasks for the product series under supervision.
Prepare and review technical documents such as solution selection designs, bids, and technical agreements.
Conduct product design work in accordance with the Product Design/Development Control Procedures, control the design process, review technical documentation, and track verification.
Participate in the planning, preparation, and review of technical materials, including product series catalogs, installation manuals, and user guides, as well as departmental working documents.
Contribute to the planning, design, and review of product standardization, serialization, continuous improvement, and innovation initiatives.
Communicate with internal departments, external clients, and design institutes to collaborate on related tasks.
Prepare technical specifications and manuals for company products.
Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of technical support experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in the valve industry is preferred.
