Before leaving the factory, each valve is tested for strength and sealing water pressure, as well as gas seal test. In addition, for valves used in special occasions, we need to carry out low leakage test, high temperature/low temperature cycle test, life test, fire test, ultra-low temperature test, and detection of cleanliness after degreasing. When all valve raw materials enter the factory, they need to carry out material composition analysis and mechanical performance review to eliminate unqualified materials entering the factory. Nondestructive testing of valve and pipe components, including ultrasonic, magnetic particle/color, or radiographic testing.
The application of ERP system makes each valve have a unique series number to realize the complete traceability of the valve.
